Formerly known as AMS Ambulance, we have been under new ownership and management since March 2020.  We are excited to continue offering excellent care and service under our new name Reliance Medical Transport.  We offer non-emergent and emergent transport.  We transport patients to and from dialysis, as well as from hospitals, respite care and hospice.  If your needs are not listed, please call us and we’ll be glad to see if we can transport your patient.  The patients we transport are not just a name on a chart, but people who will receive excellent care and compassion from well trained staff.  Our dispatchers will provide you with outstanding customer service and compassion from the beginning of your first call and we look forward to scheduling your next transport soon!!!
